How do I place an order for fans?

To view our shop, please see the "Shop" section of our website. Once you have selected a package or if you have any special requests, please see our "Contact Us" page to place your order.

How will I pay for my order?

To pay for your order, we will contact the email and/or phone number that you put in when you place your order using the contact former. We will then send a virtual bill.

How will the fans I ordered know where/when to go?

Again, using the contact information you supply in our "Contact Form," we will contact you and then you will separately send all of the sporting event details, including location, time of event, etc.

What if my sporting event unexpectedly get delayed or cancelled?

Unfortunately,you will not get a refund. We get lots of orders and the fans that we train in chants and dress in your team merch have other games to attend. If the event does not start at the time you said it would, the fans are allowed to leave. If the event is cancelled, the fans will leave if they already showed up or they will not come at all.

What are these fans even like?

We hire the most awesome fans! Our fans range from teenagers to adults. Our fans are the most positive, encouraging, and supporting people ever! If you think this matches your description, then feel free to apply using the form on the "Join Our Team" page.

When should I place my fan order?

To be safe, we recommend placing your order around a month in advance. This allows us to get all the materials we need for your sporting event and also it guaruntees that our fans will be available on the day of your sporting event.
